FFCL declares 50pc bonus, 52.50pc cash dividend

KARACHI: Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd (FFCL) has posted a record profit after tax of Rs 22.492 billion for the year ending December 31, 2011 and declared a final cash dividend of Rs 5.25 per share and 50 percent bonus share.

According to FFCL communique sent to KSE here Monday, the profit before tax also surged to Rs 33.166 billion as compared to Rs 16.309 billion during 2010.

The earning per share jumped to Rs 26.52 during the period under review as against Rs 13 last year.
