KP Inspector General of Police (IGP) Nasir Khan Durrani has suspended a head constable of FIR Management Cell CPO and ordered proper departmental action against him with immediate effect. A resident of Badber Peshawar had submitted a complaint against HC Gul Maash of FIR Management cell CPO wherein he alleged that police official had took surety of Rs 0.9 million and gave him a cheque, which was later on bounced and now HC Gul Maash is neither paying the money nor accepting the responsibility.
KP IGP probed the complaint through DIG Operations, which in his finding report not only authenticated the allegation. The IGP on the recommendations of DIG Operations has suspended HC Gul Maash and directed CCPO Peshawar to initiate proper departmental action against the accused official.
