PORT LOUIS: The weighted average yield on Mauritius' 20-year Treasury bond rose to 6.22 percent at an auction on Wednesday from 5.55 percent on September 13, 2017, the central bank said.
Bank of Mauritius sold all 1.5 billion rupees ($43 million)of the debt it offered.
Bids totalled 4.650 billion rupees, with yields ranging from 6.18 percent to 6.24 percent. The bond has a coupon of 6.18 percent and matures on May 11, 2038.
