Floodwaters enter Pindi Bhattian, Hafizabad

Floodwaters from River Chenab caused heavy damage in Pindi Bhattian and completely destroyed more than 25 localities while dozens of others were submerged in floodwaters. Floodwaters also entered dozens of villages of Hafizabad where people are facing lots of difficulties as local administration has failed to provide relief to the affected people.
According to the sources, River Chenab is in high flood at Qadirabad while floodwaters entered several villages of Phalia and Jhang due to breach in river dike near Thathi Shah Muhammad.
