ASTORE: Senior Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N),Gilgit Baltistan Matiullah Baig said Friday that GB government has won hearts and minds of people by introducing development initiatives in the area.
Talking to media, the PML(N) leader said the chief minister GB had given approval to construction of Batogah road which would usher in accelerating business activities besides facilitating people of the area.
He said that several development projects were under way in Diamir by dint of efforts of the GB chief minister who had taken measures for resolving problems of people of the area.
He said during era of Pakistan Peoples’ Party(PPP) development projects were lying stalled and favoritism and corruption was on rise as far as jobs were concerned and thereby depriving people of their due rights.
But as the PML(N) took power he added, it ensured transparency and merit in provision of jobs to people and kicked off dozens of development projects in Diamer.
