Sir Syed University ranked with status of `W' category by HEC

KARACHI: Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) has been ranked with `W' category by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan for its excellent performance in Internal Quality Assurance Mechanism.

In the Quality Assurance rating criteria, `W' category is the top most category with a score falling in the range between 85 and 100 percent, said a statement on Friday.

It is pertinent to mention that Sir Syed University has significantly improved its score for the year 2016-17 by obtaining 92.38 points up from 85.17 last year.

This continuous improvement in Quality Assurance pronounced the commitment of SSUET management towards imparting quality education.
