ARL honoured with ‘Game Changer Icon of Pakistan’ Award

KARACHI: Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) has been honoured with the prestigious “Game Changer Icon of Pakistan” Award by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) in recognition of its meaningful contributions to Pakistan’s economic, social, workplace and sustainability landscape.

The award was presented during the EFP Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, a high-level ceremony held at Governor House, Karachi, in the presence of Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, Governor of Sindh, and Gilbert F. Houngbo, Director-General, International Labour Organization (ILO).

The recognition holds particular significance as the awards covered eight major sectors of Pakistan’s industry, with ARL being adjudged the best in the Energy, Oil & Utilities sector by an independent jury, a distinction that underscores the Company’s enduring contribution and leadership in the sector.

M. Adil Khattak, Chief Executive Officer – ARL, received the award on behalf of the organization, marking a proud moment for ARL and its employees. He expressed that being recognized as the Game Changer Icon in the whole Energy & Utilities sector of Pakistan is indeed a big honour made possible by the sheer hard work and the belief in and practice of our Organizational Core Values by Team ARL.
