KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian palm oil futures extended losses for a second session on Wednesday, pressured by weaker Chicago soyoil, though firmer crude oil prices capped the losses.

The benchmark palm oil contract for December delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange slid 21 ringgit, or 0.46%, to 4,539 ringgit ($1,111.14) a metric ton in early trade.
