RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan on Friday submitted the replies to the questionnaire under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in the November 26 case registered against her and others. ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah, while hearing the case, approved Aleema Khan’s plea seeking to present a defence witness before the court.
Aleema Khan submitted replies to the Section 342 questionnaire comprising 37 questions to the court through his counsel, Faisal Malik. At the start of the hearing, Aleema Khan’s counsel, submitted the replies and also filed an application seeking to present FatehUllah Burki as a defence witness. The court approved the application and asked the defencecounsel to bring the witness during the next hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 7.
