LAHORE: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has invited leading marketing firms, real estate agencies, property consultants, independent sales professionals and established channel partners to come on board as authorised sales partners for Celestia IT and Office Tower, a landmark commercial development and largest IT city CBD NSIT City.

Located adjacent to DHA Phase 6 and 7, Celestia IT and Office Tower is set to emerge as one of Punjab’s most advanced IT and commercial destinations. The project features a state-of-the-art central HVAC system, a modern digital façade, premium office spaces and world-class infrastructure tailored to the evolving requirements of the country’s technology and corporate sectors.

The grey structure of the project has been completed, while finishing work is progressing at a rapid pace. The project is an offer being positioned as an attractive proposition for investors and businesses seeking a foothold in Punjab’s emerging technology and commercial hub.

Speaking on the occasion, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin said Celestia IT and Office Tower reflects the authority’s vision of developing world-class commercial infrastructure that draws investment, fosters innovation and bolsters the province’s digital economy.

Through this sales partnership programme, we are inviting Pakistan’s leading real estate professionals to join us in delivering a landmark project that will redefine the commercial landscape of the province,”
