FAISALABAD: Interloop Limited, in collaboration with the Oxford Pakistan Programme (OPP) at the University of Oxford, has announced the launch of the Interloop Oxford Graduate Scholarship, a fully funded opportunity enabling outstanding Pakistani students to pursue graduate studies at one of the world’s leading universities.

Under this partnership, the Interloop Oxford Graduate Scholarship will be awarded annually to a highly talented student from Pakistan. The Interloop Group will contribute 60 percent of the total cost of the scholarship, which the OPP will combine with additional philanthropic support to provide full funding, covering both tuition fees and living expenses throughout the duration of the Master’s or DPhil programme at the University of Oxford.

The initiative seeks to expand access to world-class higher education for qualified Pakistani students and strengthen academic linkages between Pakistan and the University of Oxford.

The scholarship is open to Pakistani nationals who have secured admission to a full-time graduate programme at Oxford. While candidates of all genders may apply, preference will be given to female applicants and students from underprivileged backgrounds in order to promote inclusive access to global academic opportunities.

Speaking about the partnership, Musadaq Zulqarnain, Chairman, Interloop Limited and Member, OPP Strategic Advisory Board, said: “Pakistan is home to one of the world’s largest youth populations, with a generation keen to develop skills and access new avenues of opportunity. Through this partnership, the Interloop Group seeks to empower these aspirations by enabling talented students to pursue their ambitions and by nurturing future thinkers and leaders across diverse fields — from science and economics to the humanities and beyond — who can reimagine the nation’s future and emerge as catalysts for meaningful change.”
