District Thatta: Meeting of officials from various depts held

HYDERABAD: An introductory meeting of officials from various departments of District Thatta was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Hyderabad Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Thatta Munawar Abbas Soomro, SSP Farooq Ahmed Bijarani, and officers from Revenue, Health, Education, Social Welfare, Livestock, Public Health, Buildings, Municipal and Town Committees, and other concerned departments.

Addressing the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi urged all officers to maintain close coordination with the district administration and improve the performance of their respective departments.

The commissioner directed officials to resolve public grievances on a priority basis without any discrimination and to take practical steps toward improving literacy, healthcare, and other fundamental rights.

The Commissioner instructed the Deputy Commissioner Thatta to hold monthly meetings with all heads of departments to bridge communication gaps and ensure the provision of basic facilities to the public.
