LAHORE: The House of Professionals (HOP), Lahore, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Project Management Institute USA (Lahore Chapter) to promote modern project management practices, capacity building, and professional development in Pakistan.
The MoU was formally signed by Zia ul Mustafa, President of the House of Professionals, and Dr Khalid Ahmad Khan, President of PMI Lahore Chapter. The agreement focuses on training, mentorship, events, and knowledge sharing.
PMI USA (Lahore Chapter) will provide expertise and resources, while HOP will facilitate hosting, participation, and collaboration in professional programs.
On the occasion, members present from both sides included Ambereen Haq, Secretary PMI; Ammara Shahzad, Director Membership PMI; Zaka Awan, Director Finance PMI; Faisal Ali, Chapter Coordinator PMI; Usman Rafi, Director HOP; and Naeem Alvi, Secretary HOP.
The partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing project management expertise across industries and fostering globally recognized standards to support Pakistan’s professional and organizational growth.
