KARACHI: Varioline Intercool, a pioneer in Pakistan’s commercial refrigeration and cold chain industry, has announced its transition from a private limited entity to a public limited company, now officially operating as Varioline Intercool Pakistan Limited.
With this transition, Varioline Intercool aims to further scale its operations, expand exports, invest in R&D, and continue delivering high-performance refrigeration and cold chain solutions to top-tier clients across the FMCG, dairy, and beverage industries.
This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company’s three-decade-long journey of innovation, industrial excellence, and market leadership. The transition to public limited status reflects Varioline’s commitment to enhanced corporate governance, operational transparency, and a broader alignment with national and international stakeholders.
