JAKARTA: Malaysian palm oil futures opened higher on Tuesday, tracking higher edible oil prices at Dalian market, with stronger crude also supporting sentiment.
The benchmark palm oil contract for October delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange gained 16 ringgit, or 0.36%, to 4,400 ringgit ($1,039.70) a metric ton in early trade.
