ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday urged the 27 newly-appointed ministers and advisers to fulfil their duties diligently and serve the masses with dedication, saying that he would personally monitor their performance.

“Our goal is to further lower inflation, enhance foreign exchange reserves, and increase remittances within the next year. Our dedication will shape the future of Pakistan,” he said.

The government announced recently that it is cutting down ministries but it has now almost doubled the size of the cabinet which means more expenses and protocol. What is the justification?
