Hallmark rebranded as Supernet

KARACHI: The Hallmark Company Limited has resolved to change its name from “Hallmark Company Limited” to “Supernet Technologies Limited.”

The change is subject to approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and shareholders at the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017, and other ancillary laws for the time being enforced, material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday said.
