KARACHI: JazzCash has expanded its digital payment options for the 1.2 million customers of the Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC).
Customers can now pay their KW&SC bills via the corporation’s website or its mobile app using the JazzCash payment gateway. This expands the existing payment options, which include the JazzCash app, now used by 12 million monthly active users.
Murtaza Ali, President of JazzCash has said that this initiative underscores JazzCash’s commitment to enhancing customer convenience and ensuring secure, efficient payment solutions. “By leveraging digital payment platforms, JazzCash aims to streamline the bill payment process, making it easier for customers to manage their utility payments,” he added.
