LONDON: European stock markets dropped at the start of trading on Monday following a mixed start to the week in Asia.
London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index fell 0.4 percent to 7,651.25 points.

In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX index lost 0.3 percent 15,507.49 points and the Paris CAC 40 retreated 0.4 percent to 7,153.99.
