KARACHI: On Monday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.187 billion and the number of lots traded at 14, 151.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 8.926 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.578 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.505 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 954.501 million), Platinum (PKR 334.093 million), Silver (PKR 216.193 million), DJ (PKR 203.698 million), Copper (PKR 159.363 million), Natural Gas (PKR 146.688 million), SP 500 (PKR 95.838 million), Brent (PKR 48.334 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 18.788 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 15.862 million were traded.
