KARACHI: Gold prices on Thursday slumped on the local market, traders said. They plunged by Rs1800 to Rs236000 per tola and Rs1543 to Rs202332 per 10 grams.
Silver was traded for Rs2900 per tola and Rs2486.28 per 10 grams. On the global market, gold prices stood for $1961 per ounce and silver for $23 per ounce, traders said.
