MUMBAI: Indian mills have produced 30 million tonnes of sugar since the current season began on Oct 1, down 3.3% year on year, the Indian Sugar Mills Association said on Wednesday.
Out of 532 mills that started operations in the current season, 338 mills have closed operations, it said.
