KARACHI: A slump on Wednesday continued in gold prices on the local market, traders said. The yellow metal prices further plunged by Rs 2,000 to Rs 198,000 per tola and Rs 1,715 to Rs 169,753 per 10 grams.
Gold prices on the world market were quoted for $ 1,880 per ounce.
Silver prices also slumped by Rs 60 to Rs 2,170 per tola and Rs 51.44 to Rs 1,860.42 per 10 grams, traders said.
