KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 25.226 billion and the number of lots traded at 18,402.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to 13.018 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 5.462 billion), Silver (PKR 1.963 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.354 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 986.572 million), DJ (PKR 783.052 million), Platinum (PKR 525.682 million), Natural Gas (PKR 442.770 million), Copper (PKR 440.742 million), SP500 (PKR 158.395 million), Palladium (PKR 82.925 million) and Brent (PKR 7.788 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 8 lots of Cotton amounting to PRK 8.878 million were traded.
