LULEA: Sweden's central bank remains worried about inflation which dipped surprisingly in January, central bank Governor Stefan Ingves said on Thursday.
"The worry that we have expressed verbally in slightly different ways, that remains today," Ingves told reporters.
"It was a bit of a surprise, naturally, that inflation for one month came in lower than our forecast. But you have to remember that one number is not something that is going to lead to monetary policy being different."
Inflation was close to the central bank's 2 percent target most of 2017, but price pressure looks set to weaken this year.
