MOSCOW: Russia's Gazprom Neft, the oil arm of Russian gas giant Gazprom, plans to raise around $2.5 billion in debt in 2018, Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday citing Alexey Yankevich, the chief financial official of the company.
Gazprom Neft may repay some of its debt early and is ready to refinance it if conditions are favourable, Yankevich said, according to the agency.
