After PSL stunner, Afridi claims he isn’t a good fielder

Winning all the three games they have played yet, Karachi Kings have been on a roll lately and are yet to taste defeat at the ongoing third edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Fielding has been one of the major strengths of Kings, and have played a decisive role in their run. Kings superstar Shahid Afridi admitted that their strong showings on the field fetched them victory over Lahore Qalandars on Monday night.
“Fielding wins you matches in today’s cricket and the great sign is that our side has very good fielders, except myself,” he said during the post match conference.
The statement comes after Afridi took a blinder, recently, against Peshwar Zalmi, when he caught Umar Amin at long on.
Shahid Afridi is truly an ageless cricketer. 21 years after his debut he is still finding ways to entertain the crowd. The catch by him today, without exaggeration, is the greatest effort by a Pakistani fielder on the boundary. He’s the real Karachi King! pic.twitter.com/JRBHPIZvMA

Meanwhile, Afridi applauded fellow Kings, Ravi Bopara, for his responsible knock of 50 runs, allowing his side to reach 159 runs, in their innings.
The former Pakistan captain received a Man of the Match award for his haul of three wickets for 19 runs against Lahore Qalandars.
