KARACHI: The board of directors of Cnergyico PK Limited has given go ahead to the management to negotiate with shareholders of Puma Energy Pakistan (Private) Limited for acquisition of its majority stake therein.
The decision was taken in the Company’s board of directors meeting held on Tuesday, a notice sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange said.
