KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.003 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,494.
Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 5.417 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 3.496 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.816 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.850 billion), DJ (PKR 759.512 million), SP 500 (PKR 526.715 million), Platinum (PKR 510.075 million), Silver (PKR 414.155 million), Natural Gas (PKR 125.350 million) and Copper (PKR 73.495 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 20 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 18.812 million were traded.
