KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.028 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,585. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 9.185 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.031billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.787 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 694.785 million), Silver (PKR 668.385 million), DJ (PKR 515.096 million), Platinum (PKR 384.429 million), SP 500 (PKR 310.866 million), Natural Gas (PKR 208.542 million), Japan Equity (PKR 129.413 million) and Copper (PKR 111.624 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 23 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 23.373 million were traded.
