KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.693 billion and the number of lots traded at 7,450.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.158 billion, followed by Crude Oil (PKR 1.962 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.800 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.018 billion), Platinum (PKR 455.653 million), Silver (PKR 425.296 million), DJ (PKR 398.140 million), Natural Gas (PKR 212.532 million), Japan Equity (PKR 135.598 million), SP 500 (PKR 68.961 million) and Copper (PKR 56.654 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 12 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 12.349 million were traded.
