KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 18.374 billion and the number of lots traded at 10,567. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.277 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.146 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.809 billion), DJ (PKR 1.421 billion), Copper (PKR 1.350 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 723.316 million), Silver (PKR 598.592 million), Platinum (PKR 375.059 million), Natural Gas (PKR 319.946 million), SP 500 (PKR 259.946 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 92.217 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.149 million were traded.
