KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 9.003 billion and the number of lots traded at 7,781.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.962 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.842 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.209 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 604.095 million), Platinum (PKR 476.371 million), Silver (PKR 327.883 million), DJ (PKR 316.042 million), Natural Gas (PKR 106.485 million), SP 500 (PKR 87.053 million) and Copper (PKR 71.079 million).
In Agriculture Commodities, 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.013 million were traded.
