KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.313 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,442.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.469 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.605 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.801 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 692.569 million), DJ (PKR 575.889 million), Platinum (PKR 567.552 million), Copper (PKR 487.768 million), Silver (PKR 481.077 million), Natural Gas (PKR 383.784 million), SP 500 (PKR 154.322 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 94.245 million).
In Agriculture Commodities, 5 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.670 million were traded.
