KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.367 billion and the number of lots traded 14,446. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 6.563 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.180 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.729 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.642 billion), DJ (PKR 1.178 billion), Silver (PKR 888.064 million), Platinum (PKR 688.235 million), SP500 (PKR 234.727 million), Natural Gas (PKR 167.672 million), Copper (PKR 85.029 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 8.955 million).
