KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.628 billion and the number of lots traded at 13,094.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.916 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.434 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.765 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 828.995 million), Silver (PKR 802.509 million), Platinum (PKR 331.171 million), DJ (PKR 276.857 million), Natural Gas (PKR 170.262 million), SP 500 (PKR 70.642 million) and Copper (PKR 31.426 million). In Agricultural Commodities, one lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 0.659 million were traded.
