KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.931 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,902. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.621 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.759 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.398 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 910.146 million), Silver (PKR 892.483 million), Platinum (PKR 571.969 million), DJ (PKR 488.765 million), Natural Gas (PKR 152.235 million), Copper (PKR 152.235 million) and SP 500 (PKR 53.047 million). In Agricultural Commodities, one lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 0.671 million was traded.
