KARACHI: The Sindh government on Tuesday has filed a petition in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), requesting to postpone by-election in National Assembly (NA) constituency NA-249 Karachi that is scheduled to be held on April 29.
The provincial government, in its plea, has adopted the stance that holding public gatherings and corner meetings amid increasing cases of coronavirus is dangerous.
