KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 11.133 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,677.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.155 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.016 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.311 billion), Silver (PKR 762.437 million), Crude Oil (PKR 590.650 million), Copper (PKR 394.589 million), DJ (PKR 328.045 million), Platinum (PKR 301.293 million), SP 500 (PKR 182.301 million), Natural Gas (PKR 81.438 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 9.054 million).
In Agricultural Commod-ities, 17 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 10.277 million were traded.
