KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.996 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,725.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 6.025 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 PKR 2.156 billion, currencies through COTS PKR 1.880 billion, copper PKR 1.489 billion, silver PKR 888.135 million, DJ PKR 496.121 million, platinum PKR 376.986 million, crude oil PKR 361.851 million, natural gas PKR 260.411 million and SP500 PKR 60.402 million.
In Agricultural Commodities, 18 lots of cotton amount to PKR 12.887 million were traded.
