TOKYO: Japanese rubber futures edged lower on Tuesday giving up earlier gains that carried over from the better than expected economic growth numbers and the rollout of Japan’s coronavirus vaccine programme.
Osaka Exchange’s rubber contract for July delivery finished 0.7 yen lower at 252 yen per kg.
The rubber contract on the Shanghai futures exchange was not traded due to a public holiday around the Lunar New Year.
