KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 6.324 billion and the number of lots traded 9,306.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3.016 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 PKR 1.398 billion, currencies through COTS PKR 488.880 million, natural gas PKR 424.676 million, DJ PKR 382.982 million, silver PKR 326.065 million, platinum PKR 171.024 million, crude oil PKR 88.383 million, copper PKR 13.971 million and SP500 PKR 13.640 million.
In agriculture commodities, 4 lots of soybean amounting to PKR 0.349 million, 3 lots of wheat amounting to PKR 0.149 million and 2 lot of cotton amounting to PKR 0.011 million were traded.
