Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi paid a farewell call on Monday to Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The PM appreciated the services of Admiral Abbasi for the Pakistan Navy and wished him well.
Admiral Abbasi will be retiring on October 6. On October 1, the government appointed Vice-Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi as the next CNS. He will take command on October 7.
