The police on Thursday found the body of former corps commander General (retd) Muzaffar Usmani in his car near Do Darya.
The police have shifted the dead body to PNS Shifa while taking the car in its custody According to the police, the retired general suffered a heart attack and passed away while he was driving.
He was appointed as the corps commander of Karachi during the martial law imposed in the country in 1999. In 2001, he was made Deputy Chief of Army Staff.
