Partly Facetious: APC didn’t mention Covid-19?

“When The Khan is no longer the country’s chief executive who do you reckon….”

“That is an anti-democratic statement and I will let the Accountability Bureau loose on you.”

“The question is not of forever, it is till death do us part, and Ziaul Haq managed to be our chief executive till death.”

“There I agree with you wholeheartedly but I would like to inform The Khan that in our democracy all those leaders who were installed as the country’s chief executive, by the people or by decree, were eventually de-seated and most during their life time and we, the public, are paying their pensions….”

“Anyway who do you think would remain loyal to The Khan once he is ousted?”

“Asad Umer and need I add he complained that the APC did not mention Covid19…”

“I heard Murad Saeed complained that the APC did not mention the post office.”

“And Hafeez Sheikh….no that’s not right, the APC complained ad nauseum about the state of the economy which Sheikh has convinced The Khan is all due to the PML-N two years down the line.”

“I was wondering, I mean do you agree that the economy is the Achilles Heel of The Khan administration just as much as it was during the previous administrations.”

“So who would you rather vote for to ensure that the economy improves?”

“The PPP borrowed the least amount and refused to implement the politically challenging conditions set by the International Monetary Fund….”
