ChildLife Foundation celebrates Pakistan’s Independence Day

ChildLife Foundation celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day by planting trees outside its Emergency Rooms across Sindh & Balochistan followed by flag hoisting ceremony.

This year, go – green initiative has been taken to nurture mother earth & provide shelter to the mothers of children visiting our emergency rooms.

Member Sindh Assembly Syed Abdul Rasheed along with CEO, ChildLife Foundation- Dr. Ahson Rabbani planted trees at Children Emergency Room, Lyari General Hospital (LGH).

Medical superintendent of Lyari General Hospital, Dr. Naveed Ahmed Sheik and Environmental activist, Tofiq Pasha Mooraj were present at the occasion.

Talking on occasion, Syed Abdul Rasheed reiterated that unity of Muslim ummah was need of the hour and solution to problems being faced by Islamic world.

He said Muslims should stand firm to challenge the conspiracies hatched by their enemies by pushing aside their minor mutual differences. He said all the noble personalities and holy sites were the assets of Islam and they deserved great respect.

MPA emphasized on the visiting scholars to play their role to create religious harmony and expose the agenda of the enemies of the country.

Rasheee said that nation should make resolve on the Independence Day that it will strive hard to transform Pakistan into a real Islamic welfare state based on principles of country’s founding fathers.

He said enemies of Pakistan were trying to attack its ideological and physical boundaries. He said a prosperous Pakistan could better challenge its enemies’ schemes.
