Meet long jump sensation Asif Magsi aka ‘Hero Pakistani’

Pakistan Tik Tok star Asif Magsi, who is known for his long jumps, finally gets attention from Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP) after his video of jumping over 11 motorcycles went viral on social media.

The video made rounds across social media platforms today (Monday), where Asif aka Hero Pakistani can be seen jumping over 11 motorcycles.

Following the video, the President of AFP Major General Akram Sahi (retired), who himself was the long jump champion of Pakistan, contacted the Thatta native and invited him for further training.

Speaking about Asif, the president AFP said, “This is a great moment for me as I was also the champions of Pakistan in long jump. I’m impressed with his talent, and could be a great asset for Pakistan.”

“He has a great potential, and the first question I asked was is he every got injured?” said former champion. “Thankfully, his answer was no, and I advised him to stay safe till we meet in Lahore, as I have already invited him.”

Meanwhile, Asif said he developed the skill of jumping while making Tik Tok videos. “I wanted to join Pak-Army since childhood. So I started making videos, which based on national songs, and each passing day my passion of jumping is increased so as my jumps.”
