KARACHI: Chief Justice Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered for resumption of all civil business, criminal work and cases or matters of other nature (as before suspension of work) at the Sindh High Court from Aug 03. The directive also covers principal seat at Karachi, its bench at Sukkur and circuit courts at Hyderabad and Larkana as well as district judiciary and all other judicial/quasi-judicial forums, ex-cadre courts/tribunals working under the administrative control of Sindh High Court.

The resumption of work is subjected to observing precautionary and preemptive measures (SOPs) in respect of Covid-19 and, in case of violations; the said decision may be recalled. The work was suspended in Sindh High Court due to Covid-19 outbreak.
