ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said the international community has a collective responsibility to ensure that history of the killings of Muslims in Bosnia is not repeated in the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and Palestine.
In a Twitter message on Saturday on completion of 25 years of the Srebrenica massacre, the foreign minister said the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir, and Palestine were facing similar situations today.
"July 2020 marks 25 years since the Srebrenica Massacre, the murder of over 8000 Bosnian Muslims & ethnic cleansing of over 20,000 people," he said, adding that the world had a collective responsibility to ensure history was not repeated.
"What is happening in IOJ&K and Palestine is chillingly similar," the foreign minister further stated.
