Dr Zafar Mirza tests positive for coronavirus

Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan (SAPM) on Health Dr Zafar Mirza has tested positive for coronavirus.

In a tweet on Monday, the SAPM said he under medical advice, has self isolated himself at home and is taking all precautions. Mirza said that he has mild symptoms of the virus.

"Please keep me in your kind prayers. Colleagues, keep up the good work! You are making a big difference and I am proud of you," he tweeted.

Last week, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi tested positive for the virus. He tweeted that he had a slight fever and immediately quarantined himself at home.
